The Ward is naturally divided into four regions:

West Palisades (West Pal): A small and compact election district cluster north of the NYS Thruway, West of the Palisades Parkway, and East of Spring Valley.

Bardonia: Immediately east of West Palisades containing the neighborhoods east of the the
southern end of Lake Deforest and south of Germonds.

Southeast New City: East of Route 304, South of 3rd street running down to Germonds Road.

Northeast New City: East of Route 304, North of 3rd street up until Route 304 meets the tip of Lake Deforest.
